Job summary

MFA Oil Company is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair and service vehicles in a busy shop environment. The role requires ASE certifications, MO inspection license where applicable, and 2+ years of lube/tire/service technician experience.

You will work with the team to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include diagnosing vehicles, training staff, maintaining workflow, and ensuring accurate invoicing data.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ and Missouri vehicle inspection license for MO stores.
• Two years of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and office productivity devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front-end and alignment maintenance per company procedures.
• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles and ensure quality control.
• Train and coach other employees as directed.
• Maintain orderly flow of customer service and productivity.
• Ensure proper information for invoicing and adjustments.
• Meet service, sales and productivity goals.
