Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the Service Drive and acknowledge them promptly.
• Stay up to date with service publications and terminal operations.
• Achieve service and production goals as set by the Service Manager.
• Address original customer concerns before pursuing additional sales.
• Inspect vehicles for additional sales opportunities and ensure maintenance per recommendations.
• Return vehicles clean and presentable.
• Participate in factory or in-house training programs.
• Complete paperwork accurately; attach forms to RO copy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Be punctual, prepared, and in clean uniform.
