• Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repair on various vehicle makes and models.

Responsibilities

• Correctly troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest administrative and technical tools provided.
• Ensure courtesy is shown toward all customers you contact.
• Act as a secondary customer greeter to unacknowledged customers near the Service Drive.
• Stay up to date with technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal operations.
• Make reasonable efforts to deliver safe and quality vehicle service the first time.
• Address original customer concerns before moving to additional sales.
• Inspect vehicles for additional sales opportunities and ensure maintenance per local/factory recommendations.
• Return the customer’s vehicle cleaned or cleaner than arrival.
• Participate in any sponsored training programs.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and attach forms to RO hard copy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Service Manager, ASM or Group Leader.
• Always come to work on time, ready to work, and in a clean uniform.
