Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare pathology and cytology specimens for interpretation.
• Perform routine and special stains including IHC and ISH, and Mohs/frozen sections.
• Participate in QA/QC, instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.

Education

NAACLS accredited Histotechnician program

60 sem hours biology & chemistry + 1 year histopathology experience

Associate degree + 12 sem biology & chemistry + 1 year histopathology experience
