Job Description

At Ascentium Capital, the Direct Sales Account Manager develops new business while servicing existing clients for their financing needs. Ascentium Capital, a division of Regions Bank, offers financing for business equipment and technology, serving small organizations to Fortune 500 companies across various sectors including technology, healthcare, hospitality, franchise, and more. Our goal is to provide customized finance programs that add value to our customers' businesses.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients through cold calling and referrals to meet production goals
  • Conduct phone meetings with potential clients to discuss products, make proposals, and demonstrate how offerings meet their needs
  • Communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies to new and existing clients
  • Negotiate terms and finalize sales deals
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and identify opportunities
  • Ensure all client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
  • Provide exceptional customer experience
  • Meet monthly quota goals consistently
  • Develop new business and maintain existing relationships
  • Prepare and present customized client solutions
  • Prepare quotes and negotiate terms as appropriate
  • Communicate benefits of all product offerings effectively

This position requires tracking of time and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. It is also incentive eligible.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production

Compensation includes base salary and variable pay, with total earnings potential of $40,000 - $150,000. Candidates seeking remote work should have 3-4 years of specific experience in equipment financing/leasing.
