Job Description

At Ascentium Capital, the Ascentium Direct Sales Account Manager develops business while retaining and servicing clients for their financing needs.

Ascentium Capital, a division of Regions Bank, provides convenient access to financing for business equipment and technology, serving small organizations to Fortune 500 companies across various segments including technology, healthcare, hospitality, franchise, and more. We aim to be the premier provider of customized finance programs that add value to our customers' businesses.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients through cold calling and referrals to achieve production goals
  • Conduct phone meetings with potential clients to discuss products, make proposals, and demonstrate how offerings meet their needs
  • Communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies to new and existing clients
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize sales
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities
  • Ensure all client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
  • Provide exceptional customer experience
  • Meet monthly quota goals consistently
  • Develop new business and maintain existing relationships
  • Prepare and present customized client solutions
  • Prepare quotes and negotiate terms as appropriate
  • Communicate benefits of all product offerings effectively

This position requires tracking of time and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. It is incentive eligible.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
Preferences
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • One year of commercial, small business, or equipment financing inside sales experience
  • Results in meeting sales goals
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools

Compensation includes base and variable pay, with total potential earnings of $40,000 - $150,000. Candidates seeking remote work require 3-4 years of experience in equipment financing/leasing.
