Qualifications

• Experience using ASCENDER is required.
• Experience with student enrollment, attendance, and records.
• Strong data-entry and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process new student enrollment and registration.
• Maintain accurate student information in ASCENDER.
• Enter and manage attendance records and related data.
• Process withdrawals and respond to records requests.
• Assist families with enrollment and records questions.
• Generate enrollment and attendance reports for campus administration.
