Twin Cities Pain Clinic seeks an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Assistant for a pre-med/pre-PA gap year opportunity. The role supports patient care, OR efficiency, and administrative operations in a non-exempt, in-office ASC setting.

Responsibilities include patient prep, OR turnover, anesthesia support, sterile processing, and front-office tasks. Requires a high school diploma; healthcare experience is a plus. Full-time schedule, day shift, no evenings or weekends, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates required education and preferred post-secondary education.
• Experience in healthcare or insurance environments preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient preparation and OR turnover.
• Support anesthesia and sterile processing needs.
• Handle administrative tasks: scheduling, chart prep, documentation, payments, and insurance verification.
