Ideal candidates have Big 4 or public-company experience in technical accounting and SEC reporting, a CPA credential, and strong written communication. Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance required; attention to detail essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical accounting and SEC reporting from Big 4 or public company.
• Deep hands-on ASC exposure (606, 842, 718, 805) with actual depth beyond general audit.
• CPA certification and degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Strong written communications and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic technical accounting scenarios and SEC disclosures.
• Review AI outputs for standards-accurate conclusions with defensible support.
• Provide clear written feedback to improve AI reasoning on accounting.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the research team.
