Job summary

Acuity Eye Group is seeking an ASC Administrator to provide strategic leadership, compliance and operational oversight for Ambulatory Surgery Centers. You will focus on performance improvement, grow service lines, and collaborate with doctors to manage staffing and anesthesia-related considerations.

The role requires directing financial and clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with leadership to meet company goals while delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health professions, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of administrative management experience in health care.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage physician relationships.
• Ability to influence and interact with patients, staff, peers and leaders.
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting and operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Revenue and NOI performance for ASC.
• Manage and optimize operations with clinical leadership.
• Develop indicators to evaluate operations and report risks.
• Ensure regulatory, licensing, credentialing compliance.
• Oversee ASC billing, collections, authorizations.
• Lead staffing, budgets, and external contracts.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and staff on policies.
