Job summary

Grandview Medical Center is seeking an Administrator, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) to provide strategic and operational leadership for high-quality, patient-centered care. You will oversee clinical and administrative functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize financial and operational performance within the ASC.

You will drive quality improvement initiatives, manage staff and resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to align ASC operations with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required.
• Seven (7)+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the ASC, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Leads strategic and financial planning/forecasting for the ASC.
• Directs budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance reporting; safeguards assets.
• Manages procurement, maintenance, and inventory for supplies and equipment.
• Oversees credentialing and privileging of medical staff; collaborates with Medical Director.
• Develops and monitors quality improvement, peer review, infection control, and risk programs.
• Leads recruitment, retention, training, and performance management of staff.
• Develops and implements marketing and community outreach strategies.
• Manages contracts for outsourced services and ensures compliance.
• Represents ASC in CHS Corporate reviews and audits.
