You will oversee clinical and administrative functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize financial performance within the ASC.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on quality improvement and bylaw compliance in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or seven+ years of direct experience in lieu.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Seven+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• 3-5 years in a closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily ASC operations ensuring compliance with CMS/HH standards.
• Leads strategic planning and financial oversight, including budgeting.
• Manages recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
• Develops quality assurance, peer review and risk management programs.
• Collaborates with hospital leadership on strategic direction and growth.
