Job summary

Acuity Eye Group is seeking a Director of Nursing to ensure efficient operation of its Surgery Center(s), staffing, and adherence to clinical best practices. You will lead training, onboarding, and staff development while partnering with physicians to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include policy development, staff performance evaluations, and attendance at management meetings to align operations with regulatory and budgetary standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of ambulatory/nursing leadership experience.
• Experience with staff management and performance evaluations.
• Licensed as a CA Registered Nurse with ACLS/BLS certificates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nursing policies aligned with standards and regulations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and staff development across centers.
• Lead training, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, infection control, and safety programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and management to maintain service quality and profitability.
