CLI is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead nursing services and daily clinical operations within our ophthalmic ambulatory surgery center. This leadership role combines hands‑on clinical guidance with staff development, patient safety, and quality improvement.

You’ll collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and operations leadership to ensure safe, efficient care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative stages.

Qualifications

• BSN required and RN license in the state of practice.
• Progressive nursing experience including supervisory/management responsibility.
• Ambulatory surgery center or perioperative setting experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily nursing and clinical operations in an ophthalmic ambulatory surgery center.
• Lead, coach, and develop nursing and clinical support staff.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, onboarding, and competency assessments.
• Maintain survey readiness and support regulatory inspections and audits.
• Ensure infection prevention, patient safety, and high-quality clinical care across all perioperative phases.
