Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a Director of Nursing for Banner Surgery Center – Greeley in Colorado. This leadership role focuses on patient care, education, safety and quality, with collaboration across physician, facility and organizational leaders.

You will drive clinical operations, staff development, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement, delivering superior patient outcomes in a dynamic ambulatory surgery setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing, or higher.
• Current RN license in state of practice (or compact/temporary).
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS certification within six months if pediatrics.
• 3–5 years progressive care management experience in healthcare.
• At least 1 year leading/managing clinical operations.
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking; able to lead change.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evaluation of planning structures to optimize outcomes.
• Recruit, retain and develop top talent; manage staff performance.
• Oversee resources and ensure regulatory compliance across operations.
• Partner with physicians, facility and organizational leaders to improve care.
• Drive evidence-based nursing practice and quality outcomes.
• Promote professional autonomy, collaboration and innovation in practice.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and patient experience.
