Job summary

Northern Ohio Surgery Center in Cleveland, OH is seeking an ASC Administrator with strong management and financial experience. This role reports to the Director of Operations or Regional VP of Operations and oversees growth, budgeting, and operational excellence.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree plus four years of supervisory experience; ASC/regulatory knowledge is essential, with a focus on physician recruitment and strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; BSN/RN preferred with at least four years supervisory/management experience.
• ASC experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of State, Federal and Accrediting Body regulations (AAAHC) related to healthcare.
• Willingness to participate in goal-setting and professional advancement.
• Experience in budgeting and personnel management.
• Evidence of continuing education related to the job.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line growth & cultivate strong physician relationships.
• Own organic top-line growth via increased volume and partnerships.
• Design and execute recruitment and marketing programs to drive case volume.
• Maintain physician relationships to support governance and partnerships.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans for clinical, financial, and operational results.
• Lead operational excellence and manage the center’s P&L and budgeting.
• Oversee billing, collections, and accounts payable management.
• Coordinate with Governing Board, Medical Staff, and department leaders.
