Job summary

The Northern Ohio Surgery Center in Cleveland, Ohio, seeks an ASC Administrator to lead daily operations, ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting standards, and oversee clinical, administrative, and business office functions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher (BSN or RN preferred) with at least four years of supervisory experience, budgeting expertise, and a track record in physician relations and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, BSN, or RN preferred with at least four years of supervisory/management experience.
• ASC experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of State, Federal and Accrediting Body regulations (AAAHC).
• Budgeting and personnel management experience.
• Evidence of continuing education directly related to the job specifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line growth and cultivate physician relationships.
• Owns and grows organic top-line growth via increased volume and recruitment.
• Designs and executes physician recruitment and marketing programs.
• Maintains strong physician relationships to support governance and partnership interests.
• Recommends and implements short- and long-term strategic plans for clinical, financial, and operational results.
• Collaborates with leadership to implement growth initiatives and operational improvements.
• Leads operational excellence and manages the center's financial controls and reporting.
• Develops and oversees annual strategic business plans.
• Motivates staff and coordinates with governance, medical staff, and stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
