Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc is seeking an ASC Administrator to oversee daily facility operations, including clinical, administrative, and business office activities. You will manage budgeting, staffing, and coordination of care in a compliant ambulatory surgical center, reporting to the Director of Operations or Regional VP of Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/BSN/RN preferred or equivalent experience with at least four years of supervisory/management experience.
• ASC experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of State, Federal and Accrediting Body regulations (AAAHC).
• Experience budgeting and personnel management.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line growth and cultivate physician relationships.
• Own organic top-line growth via increased volume and new partnerships.
• Lead recruitment and marketing programs to boost case volume.
• Supervise medical personnel and coordinate care across the center.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets.
• Oversee billing, collections, and financial controls.
• Coordinate with governing board, medical staff, and leadership.
