Job summary

Bryan College of Health Sciences is seeking an experienced ASC leadership role to oversee the Elkhorn campus operations and the surgery center. You will direct daily ASC activities, ensure high-quality patient-centered care, and drive regulatory compliance with CMS, DHHS, and accrediting bodies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and at least five years of healthcare-management experience, including ASC leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of healthcare-management experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of Ambulatory Services Center (ASC) management experience.
• Knowledge of CMS ASC Conditions for Coverage and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees daily Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations to achieve clinical, operational, and financial performance goals.
• Develops and manages staffing models and schedules aligned with patient acuity, case mix, and budget targets.
• Leads departmental meetings, committees, and interdisciplinary collaboration while maintaining leadership presence.
• Partners with Medical Director to ensure safe, evidence-based clinical care and patient safety.
• Oversees infection prevention, sterilization, and disinfection processes per regulatory guidance.
• Develops policies and procedures to ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
• Leads regulatory surveys, inspections, and accreditation activities.
• Manages operating and capital budgets, payroll, productivity, and expenses.
