Job summary

Bryan College of Health Sciences seeks an executive leader to drive the ambulatory surgery center at the Elkhorn campus. You will oversee operations, staffing, safety, and regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while partnering with medical leadership to optimize performance and patient satisfaction.

The role requires a nursing or health admin background with 5+ years in healthcare management and 3+ years in ASC management; master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years healthcare-management experience.
• Minimum three (3) years ASC management experience.
• Knowledge of CMS ASC Conditions for Coverage and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily Ambulatory Surgery Center operations to meet clinical, operational, and financial goals.
• Develops staffing models and schedules aligned with patient acuity and budget targets.
• Ensures onboarding, orientation and ongoing staff development for ASC personnel.
