Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum five (5) years of healthcare-management experience.
Minimum three (3) years of Ambulatory Services Center (ASC) management experience.
Knowledge of CMS ASC Conditions for Coverage and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Direct ASC operations to achieve clinical, operational, and financial performance goals.
Develop staffing models and schedules aligned with patient acuity and budget targets.
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and staff development.
Lead meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration while maintaining leadership presence.
Partner with Medical Director to ensure safe, evidence-based clinical care and patient safety.
