Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Director of Nursing for our Ambulatory Surgical Center location. The Clinical Manager will oversee coordination of nursing practice, drive continuous improvement, and partner with the Medical Director and ASC Administrator to achieve safety, quality, patient satisfaction, operational excellence, and growth.

Candidates should have OR/ASC experience, RN licensure, a BSN preferred, and an Associate degree is required.

Qualifications

• Education requirements: 2-year/Associate Degree required; 4-year/Bachelor's Degree, BSN preferred.
• Experience: OR and/or Ambulatory Surgery Center experience preferred; minimum RN experience.
• Licensure: Current RN licensure required.
• Additional Skills: leadership, communication, and ability to coordinate with stakeholders; problem solving.
