Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Charlotte Outpatient Surgery Center. The role supervises nursing staff, coordinates patient-care activities with the ASC team, and supports an efficient, compliant operating room environment.

The position requires a current RN license, a bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN preferred), and at least one year of acute care nursing experience. Leadership experience is preferred and critical to success in partnering with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as a clinical nurse in acute care environment.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current licensure as an RN, required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing personnel and contract services in patient-care areas.
• Plan work in assigned areas and coordinate with all patient-care areas.
• Assist ASC Administrator with quality improvement, safety, risk management, and budget management.
