Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school with active bar membership.
• At least 5 years of attorney experience with substantial litigation responsibility.
• Experience in asbestos litigation or toxic tort or product liability.

Responsibilities

• Manage asbestos litigation through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Draft, review, and refine briefs, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with thorough research.
• Conduct risk assessments to evaluate liability, exposure, case strengths, and resolution strategies.
• Analyze medical records, exposure histories, employment records, and expert reports to identify facts and assess damages.
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with clients and senior attorneys.
