The ideal candidate holds a New York license, has 5+ years of plaintiff-side asbestos litigation, and can collaborate with industry experts to build strong, persuasive claims while providing compassionate client service.

Qualifications

• You have 5+ years of plaintiff-side asbestos litigation experience.
• Deep understanding of asbestos-related diseases, exposure pathways, and product identification.
• Proven success managing complex asbestos dockets with expert support for trial.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of asbestos cases, including client meetings, discovery responses, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Conduct research and analysis on asbestos exposure, corporate liability, product identification, and industry practices.
• Collaborate with industrial hygiene, occupational medicine, and engineering experts to support causation and damages.
• Handle corporate and expert depositions, review document productions, and develop liability theories.
• Stay updated on developments in asbestos litigation, regulations, and scientific studies.
• Meet with clients and families to document exposure history and provide compassionate representation.
