The role is highly client-facing, requires excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining discretion and professional empathy.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relations or similar admin role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with legal case management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients calling with questions or requests related to their cases.
• Answer high-level client questions regarding settlement releases, liens, estates, distributions, and related processes.
• Research client questions and coordinate with the appropriate internal department to obtain accurate information.
• Follow up with clients when additional information is needed or when input from another department is required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client inquiries are addressed efficiently.
• Filter and redirect incoming client calls to the appropriate team member as needed.
• Provide clients with clear, professional, and empathetic communication on matter status.
• Maintain accurate records of client inquiries, follow-ups, and requests.
