Job summary

Compleat Environmental seeks an Asbestos Crew Leader to guide crews performing asbestos abatement, mold remediation, and duct cleaning. You will oversee daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, and maintain thorough job documentation with a strong emphasis on quality.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to coordinate with customers, project management, and mitigation supervisors while meeting project goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental services; 5+ years preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on experience with asbestos, mold remediation and duct cleaning methods.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead crews to perform asbestos abatement, mold remediation, and duct cleaning.
• Maintain complete and accurate job site documentation.
• Ensure quality control and enforce safety standards across sites.
• Coordinate communication with customers, project managers, and supervisors.
• Act as on-site representative and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
