All Dry Services of Atlanta is seeking an Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor to lead abatement projects with safety and precision. You will oversee removal operations, ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and manage technicians on site.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to regulations, and clear client communication to meet milestones safely and on schedule in a specialized construction environment focused on health and safety.

Qualifications

• Document 5 ACM removals.
• Knowledge of asbestos regulations and safety standards.
• Experience in environmental remediation field.
• Experience with hotel/hospitality cleaning standards is a plus.
• Experience leading teams in industrial or construction settings.
• Strong communication with regulators and clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise asbestos removal projects from start to finish.
• Lead and coordinate a team of asbestos technicians.
• Conduct site assessments and develop work plans for removal or encapsulation.
• Oversee containment, removal, disposal, and decontamination procedures.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, including safety reports and compliance records.
• Communicate project milestones with clients and regulators.
