You will manage job setup and quality control, ensuring compliance with company procedures while supporting lead technicians. Travel and field coordination are integral parts of the role in a dynamic environmental services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• 3–5 years of asbestos, lead, and mold abatement.
• Valid Class C Driver's License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crewmembers on asbestos/lead/mold abatement projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and company procedures.
• Coordinate job setup, material usage, and quality control.
• Provide guidance to lead technicians and monitor performance.
