Job summary

The Quality Manager role focuses on the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) and overall product quality performance, ensuring AS9100 compliance and driving corrective actions across production and administrative processes.

The position owns the QMS, leads internal and external audits, drives 8D/CARs/SCARs, conducts on-floor inspections, trains staff, and collaborates with Production, Engineering and Purchasing to maintain strict quality standards and proper disposition of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality or related field; 3+ years in quality checks of parts and AS9100 audits.
• Experience leading corrective actions and quality improvements across functions.
• Hands-on inspection and validation activities such as dimensional checks and scanning.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain AS9100 QMS, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits (customer and registrar).
• Monitor quality performance and address issues affecting product quality in real time.
