Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to own the AS9100 QMS and drive quality improvements across production and administrative processes.

You will lead internal and external audits, communicate risk and performance to leadership, and coordinate containment and corrective actions with cross-functional teams to ensure nonconforming materials are controlled and resolved promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or management.
• Three years or more of quality checks of parts and AS9100 audits.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits including customer and registrar audits.
• Monitor quality performance and address issues in real time.
• Drive corrective actions (8D, CARs, SCARs) across departments.
• Serve as primary contact for customer quality issues and responses.
• Oversee supplier performance and corrective actions for on-time delivery.
