Job summary

MOHR Talent in West Point, MS is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead the AS9100 quality system advancement. You will develop procedures, manage audits, and drive data-driven improvements to meet aerospace standards.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and experience with ISO/AS standards, Nadcap preferred, and the ability to obtain a security clearance if needed. We offer a competitive salary with bonus, 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in a similar quality role, preferably in aerospace/defense.
• Experience with ISO quality standards; AS9100 or Nadcap preferred.
• Ability to obtain security clearance if required.
• U.S. person as defined by export controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality procedures aligned with customer requirements and process specs.
• Build and maintain sampling plans using recognized statistical methods.
• Lead internal audits to prepare for external certification reviews.
• Support QMS ensuring AS9100/Nadcap compliance.
• Review drawings to identify key characteristics and critical items.
• Collect, analyze, summarize quality data to drive improvements.
• Monitor, test, and inspect products to meet standards.
