Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ISO-based Quality Management System experience.
• AS9100 experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with NADCAP requirements is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience conducting internal quality audits.
• Ability to analyze quality data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality procedures based on customer requirements and manufacturing processes.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System and AS9100/NADCAP compliance.
• Lead internal quality audits and readiness for external audits.
• Review customer and engineering drawings to identify key characteristics and quality requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize quality data to drive improvements.
• Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing to resolve quality issues.
