MOHR Talent is seeking a QA Engineer for an aerospace manufacturer in Aberdeen, MS. You will help lead the quality management system into its next stage of growth.

Responsibilities include developing quality procedures, leading internal audits, supporting AS9100/Nadcap compliance, reviewing drawings for critical items, and driving measurable quality improvements through data analysis and inspection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in aerospace/defense quality role.
• Familiarity with ISO, AS9100 or Nadcap standards.
• Eligible for security clearance and U.S. person.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality procedures aligned with customer requirements.
• Lead internal audits and prepare for external certification reviews.
• Support QMS and AS9100/Nadcap compliance.
• Review drawings to identify key characteristics and critical items.
• Analyze quality data to drive improvements.
• Monitor and inspect products to ensure standards are met.
