EIS Wire and Cable Inc. is seeking a analytical and hands-on Quality Manager to lead QA, QC, compliance, and continuous-improvement activities within a wire and cable manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for AS9100 transition, managing quality data, developing dashboards and reports, and leading a team of inspectors and technicians to ensure product conformity and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in quality, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive quality experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with AS9100 quality management system.
• Proficient in Excel, including functions, tables, filters, pivot tables, charts, data validation, and cleanup.
• Experience creating management reports, dashboards, Pareto charts, trend charts, and performance summaries.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality assurance, quality control, compliance, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive corrective actions to address systemic causes.
• Lead root-cause analyses and formal corrective-action responses.
• Support supplier-quality activities and nonconformance management.
• Develop training, quality procedures, and employee qualification requirements.
