Job summary

Teamprovide is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the continuous improvement of our quality system on the production floor. You will own audits, documentation, corrective actions, and customer and supplier quality while remaining hands-on in manufacturing.

You will direct daily quality operations, maintain the Quality Manual, and lead ISO 9001/AS9100 audits and management reviews. Expect travel to customer and supplier sites about 10% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of quality or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and acceptance test procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily quality operations, setting priorities, standards, and deadlines.
• Maintain the Quality Manual, procedures, and QC documentation; prepare for ISO 9001/AS9100 audits and management reviews.
• Serve as quality point of contact for customers, suppliers, and external auditors.
• Review sales orders, purchase orders, QA clauses, and specifications.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and failure analysis, including customer returns, SCARs, and MRB dispositions.
• Support design reviews and new product introduction with test procedures and documentation.
• Control drawings and specifications; oversee calibration of quality equipment.
• Inspect and test materials and products against specifications, and interpret results for release.
• Maintain the training and skills matrix and train manufacturing staff.
• Travel to customer and supplier sites, domestic and international, about 10% of the time.
