Job summary

DCM Inc. is seeking enthusiastic telefundraisers to join our remote team, supporting arts organizations through donor renewals, upgrades, and campaigns. You’ll use scripts, build relationships with supporters, and promote upcoming seasons while working from home.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling (minimum 16 hours weekly), paid training, and the opportunity to earn commissions on donations and sales, rewarding performance and commitment to the arts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in the performing arts.
• Sales, customer service, or fundraising experience preferred.
• Strong communication and professional phone presence.
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow.
• Tech-savvy with reliable computer, headset, and internet connection.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic.
• Team player comfortable with virtual collaboration.
• Ability to participate in video team meetings.
• Open to coaching and performance feedback.
