Job summary

Central Piedmont Community College seeks an administrative professional to help expand and coordinate educational programming in the Arts & Sciences, with a focus on Continuing Education (CE) growth to meet community and workforce needs.

You will support external partnerships, K–12 initiatives, dual enrollment, and transfer opportunities with four-year institutions, while ensuring grant compliance and alignment with college priorities and events.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred for advancement.
• Experience building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data, manage multiple projects, and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Continuing Education (CE) programming within Arts & Sciences, aligned with community and workforce needs.
• Assist in the development and management of external partnerships that strengthen educational pipelines.
• Support articulation agreements and transfer initiatives with four-year institutions.
• Assist in grant management and compliance across departments.
• Coordinate with Arts & Humanities, Math, Sciences, and Engineering to plan and document programming.
• Provide updates to the AVP-AA on CE strategy, partnerships, grants, and events.
• Assist in dual enrollment and K-12 partnership efforts and related activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
