Partnership with Children (PWC) in New York City is seeking a PWC Arts Programs CDFP Facilitator to support its Career Development Fellows Program. This role is part-time (21 hours per week) with some evenings and an in-person office presence in Manhattan; occasional remote work is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience working with New York City Public schools and/or arts education preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written and oral communication skills across formats (email, reports, marketing materials).
• Flexible worker who can manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist in facilitating the Career Development Fellows Program for high school seniors in NYC.
• Co-facilitate program sessions and support logistics, supplies, and meals.
• Coordinate opportunities for students to engage with NYC’s arts community (field trips, speakers, performances).
• Help plan and implement the CDP graduation ceremony.
• Support development of the CDP Alumni Network and document programs with photos/videos.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
