Job summary

The Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Programming Manager to oversee planning and execution of ticketed live performances across music, comedy, theater, family entertainment, and rentals in a diverse, non-profit venue.

You will work with the Senior Director of Programming and VP of Marketing & Programming to develop programming, manage budgets, negotiate artist contracts, build strong industry relationships, and ensure engaging

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of booking experience in multi-use venues.
Knowledge of multiple performing arts genres and venues 300–2,200 capacity.
Bachelor’s degree in Arts Administration or related field preferred.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and event settlements.
Experience with artist management and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on research, development, and selection of Kravis Center and rental presentations.
Develop, manage, and negotiate budgets for programming and rentals.
Maintain relationships with promoters, agents, and artists.
Coordinate ticketing, on-sale timelines, and revenue projections with Box Office, Marketing, and PR.
Monitor ticket sales against goals and support pricing strategies.
Prepare reports and documentation as needed.
