The Kravis Center in West Palm Beach seeks a full-time Programming Manager to lead programming across music, comedy, theater, and rentals. You will collaborate with senior leadership to research, develop, and select presentations, and manage budgets, fees, and revenue projections for a diverse slate of events.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years of booking experience in a multi-use, multi-venue facility.
• Broad knowledge of event promotion and production in live entertainment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts Administration or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate on research, development, and selection of Kravis Center and rental shows.
• Develop, manage, and negotiate programming and rental budgets and offers.
• Maintain strong relationships with promoters, agents, and artists.
• Coordinate ticketing builds, on-sale timelines, and venue communications.
• Monitor sales against goals and adjust pricing and inventory strategies.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and show documentation as needed.
• Attend events and fulfill show responsibilities as scheduled.
