The Kravis Center in West Palm Beach seeks a Programming Manager to lead the planning and execution of ticketed live performances across music, comedy, theatre, family entertainment, dance and rentals. You will coordinate with senior leaders, negotiate artist contracts, manage budgets, and develop audiences while driving revenue and attendance for a multi-venue, nonprofit environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five years in booking for multi-venue venues with live entertainment.
• Broad knowledge of event promotion, production, and revenue strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts Administration or related field preferred.
• Established reputation and professional relationships in the industry.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and event settlements experience.
• Extensive contract negotiation experience with artists and management.
• Experience using ArtsVision, Prism.fm, Tessitura and MS Office.

• Collaborate on research, development, and selection of Kravis Center and rental presentations.
• Develop and manage budgets, including artist fees, production costs, and revenue projections.
• Cultivate relationships with promoters, agents, and artists to expand opportunities.
• Coordinate venue bookings, tours, and rental estimates with stakeholders.
• Monitor ticketing and pricing strategies to maximize attendance and revenue.
• Prepare reports and documentation to support programming decisions.
