Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Programming, including scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Review artist contracts and riders for accuracy against negotiated terms; draft redlines.
• Communicate with artists, representatives and agents to ensure delivery of materials and schedules.
• Coordinate visits by guest artists, performances, residencies, and donor engagement events.
• Create and distribute internal schedules, itineraries, and documents for artist engagements.
