The Thirteen is a renowned professional choir and orchestra based in metropolitan Washington, D.C. The Artistic & General Operations Manager will oversee artistic operations and general administrative tasks to bring performances from concept to completion.

You will manage contracts, rehearsals, production logistics, donor data, and front-of-house responsibilities while supporting organizational growth and audience engagement.

Competenze

• Attention to detail and strong project/time management skills.
• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree or demonstrable equivalent experience.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary liaison for musicians: contracts, homestay, hours tracking, and per diem.
• Lead production management: venue coordination, stagecraft, instrument rentals, setup and strike.
