The Thirteen in Washington, D.C. seeks an Artistic & General Operations Manager to drive concert production and administrative operations.

You will work with the Artistic Director and Managing Director to bring performances from concept to stage while strengthening organizational systems. The role offers full-time hours, a salary range of $55,000–$60,000 per year, and benefits including health and life insurance, vacation, and a professional expense stipend.

Competenze

• Strong project and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple concerts and projects.
• Attention to detail and a rigorous work ethic essential for production and administration.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; candidates with equivalent demonstrated skills will be considered.
• Experience in performing arts production management or related field is preferred.

• Lead planning and execution of concerts and programs; manage contracts, stage management, and production logistics.
• Oversee donor data entry, gift acknowledgments, and front-of-house responsibilities.
