The Thirteen, a professional choir and orchestra in Washington, D.C., seeks an Artistic & General Operations Manager to oversee artistic operations and general administration. You will work closely with the Artistic Director and Managing Director to bring performances from concept to completion while supporting administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree considered, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concerts/projects with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent critical thinking, time management, and communication abilities.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office for internal operations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary liaison for musicians: contracts, hours, travel, per diem.
• Act as production manager: venue coordination, stagecraft, rentals, and onsite leadership.
• Coordinate rehearsal schedules and communicate production information to artists and staff.
• Oversee donor data entry, gift acknowledgments, and patron communications.
• Participate in Front of House duties and manage merchandise/inventory.
• Film and edit short promotional videos as needed.
