Job summary

The College of Southern Idaho seeks a dynamic Arts on Tour Program Director to lead the Arts on Tour series, curate artists, and manage contracts and box office operations. You will collaborate with CSI faculty, staff, and regional venues to curate diverse performances and ensure successful, engaging events.

You’ll develop outreach programs with school districts, supervise interns and volunteers, guide marketing campaigns, and drive financial sustainability to support arts programming across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in performing arts production/management.
• Must have the fiscal and business acumen to run the program as a small business dependent upon generating revenue to cover costs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Arts on Tour performance series.
• Coordinate and contract outreach terms with artists.
• Develop audience giveaways and special events.
• Create programs and other event materials.
• Represent CSI’s Fine Arts Center and Arts on Tour regionally.
