Job summary

Artists ReEnvisioning Tomorrow Inc in Peoria, IL seeks an ASALA Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and performance of the Arts, Science & Leadership Academy for youth. You will coordinate program staff, ensure accurate data, and maintain compliance with grant and organizational requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, schools, and community partners to deliver engaging, high-quality programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Youth Development, Arts Education, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing youth programs.
• Experience supervising staff or program facilitators.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ASALA programming, including afterschool and summer programming.
• Maintain program schedules, staffing assignments, and classroom coverage.
• Ensure programs operate in alignment with ART INC protocols and program standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and accountability for Site Leads, Teaching Artists, and interns.
• Serve as the worksite supervisor for Pathways interns and provide day-to-day guidance.
