Job summary

The Oklahoma Arts Council is seeking a part-time Grants Coordinator to support the Grants Office. You will assist applicants and grantees, manage portal access, and help with grant records, materials, and communications across Oklahoma.

This role focuses on accuracy, organization, and clear service, with approximately 15–20 hours per week at an hourly rate of $27.00 and no additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Strong organization, communication, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an initial point of contact for organizations seeking information or assistance related to OAC grant programs.
• Monitor the grants system for submitted applications, reports, amendments, and related materials.
• Prepare materials for grant review panels, Council meetings, and reporting.
• Coordinate and schedule grant-related meetings with internal staff, applicants, grantees, and panelists.
