Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years equivalent work experience in gallery management.
• Proven ability in fundraising and building strong donor relationships.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Leadership experience supervising staff and volunteers.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sustain clear communication with the Board of Directors.
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies with donors, foundations, and sponsors.
• Oversee marketing, communications, and website maintenance.
• Manage finances, budgets, and relationships with an accounting firm.
• Lead and develop gallery staff and contracted personnel.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, and community outreach.
